Josie packages your preferences (like whether you work best at home, in the office, or on the go) and allows you to see how closely you align with the average job applicant in areas that matter (like the nature of your relationship with coworkers, and what type of virtues you seek in an employer).
As you rank what’s important to you, you’ll build self-awareness and Josie will be able to visualize how you prioritize these workplace values.
