The Business Process Analyst is responsible for analyzing business processes and developing solutions to improve efficiency and effectiveness. He or she works with business stakeholders to understand their needs and requirements, and then develops process improvement plans accordingly. The Business Process Analyst also documents business processes and creates process flow diagrams to help visualize improvements. He or she may also be responsible for developing training materials and conducting training sessions on new or improved processes.
